CANCELLATION POLICY
Please ensure all scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time slot to other clients. Less than 24 hour’s notice of a cancellation will result in 50% charge of your initial booking cost. No shows will result in 100% charge of your booking cost.
